Terry Wilmot - Managing Director
Terry has worked in the Estate Agency business since the early 1990’s in London, Surrey and West Sussex. As well as proficient in property sales, Terry is also ARLA trained and has a great deal of knowledge and experience in the lettings market.

In 2001 Terry established Carnabys Independent Estate Agents in Hassocks before relocating to Keymer. Due to the immediate success of this office, Terry opened a further branch in Burgess Hill soon afterwards.

Terry says, “I am personally committed to ensuring that Carnabys operates a professional high quality service with honesty and integrity. Having experienced poor service myself when moving before I entered the industry, I have always endeavoured to address the issues facing customers when they are proceeding with a sale or purchase.

I am also keen that everyone working within the company enjoys being part of the Carnabys team, as I believe this reflects in the service that we provide to our customers. All of our vendors, applicants, landlords and tenants are treated with utmost respect and we always endeavour to make sure that the advice we give is the best that we can provide.”

Tina Mottram - Sales Manager (Keymer)
Tina has been working in the estate agency industry since the early 1990’s. She began her career as a secretary and then progressed to Senior Negotiator within the first four years. Tina has been with Carnabys since it opened in 2001 and is now the Sales Manager for the Keymer office.

Tina says “I love my work because it is interesting, varied and rewarding, I really enjoy helping our customers with their move, from start to finish, sellers and buyers alike. Having always lived in Hassocks, I have a very good knowledge of the surrounding areas and having worked in the industry for many years, I have extensive experience of valuing and sales progression.

Gregory Renouf - Sales Manager

Gregory has recently joined Carnabys, from a sales and marketing background that has spanned a number of industry sectors.  He is really pleased to return to Estate Agency, having worked for a household name in London in his former years. 

Gregory, says "This is an exciting opportunity for me.  From my very first meeting with the staff at Carnabys I could see that they all strive to achieve the same goal and that is to provide an unrivalled personal service to sellers and buyers alike.  This is without doubt a very forward thinking company and I look forward to playing my part in its continued success."

Jan Lambell - Property Manager
Jan has worked within the Lettings industry for around ten years and has recently joined Carnabys in the role of Property Manager.   She will be responsible for the large portfolio of properties currently managed by the company and also looks forward to using her previous experience in the Sussex lettings market to expand our extensive client base.
Sarah Mamoany - Lettings Negotiator
Sarah has worked in the estate agency industry for approximately ten years, both in a sales and lettings environment.  Sarah, who has always lived in the Mid Sussex area, joined Carnabys four years ago and provides invaluable support to the Lettings Department. 
Tracey Jarrett - Weekend Negotiator
Tracey joined Carnabys four years ago as Weekend Negotiator at our Keymer office.  Tracey grew up in the Keymer/Hurstpierpoint area and therefore has an excellent wealth of knowledge of the local area.
