Once you decide to let your property with us, we have three service levels for you to choose from, these are:

We let your property for you and collect the rent each month
We let and fully manage your property for you - this is the most popular option and means that you can rest assured that your property is being cared for

Step 3 – Finding you the right tenants
Regardless of which service option you choose, we always carry out full, professional referencing on all prospective tenants. We want to ensure that the people will find for you are going to respect and care for your property at all times and be reliable with regards to rental payments.

We will also organise all legal documentation, deposits, inventories and safety inspections as standard and further services are available depending on the service level selected.
